Warranty Policy on Hardware

In the event of Hardware Warranty Return, the hardware in question must be accompanied by a full written description of specific issues with the hardware and an authorization number that can be obtained along with the return instructions, by contacting About Time Technologies at 888-315-8463. The authorization number must be clearly marked on the box. You must ship the package insured against damage or loss, and you must include a package tracking number. About Time Technologies is not responsible for items damaged or loss during shipping. For 90 day electronics warranty to be honored, there must be no visible physical abuse or damage to hardware. We cannot accept returns that do not have an authorization number marked on the box.

Special Consideration Money Back Guarantee

Under certain circumstances a special Consideration Money Back Guarantee may be issued for a specific time period. To establish a valid money back guarantee, Customer must receive written approval of such guarantee by at least one owner or officer of About Time Technologies, LLC before purchasing the hardware and software system. In the event that the purchasing party chooses to exercise their right to return their software system, the following rules will apply. Customer must have given About Time proper access to personnel in order to advise, assist, and support them through initial training and implementation period. Customer must also follow recommended processes and workflow provided by About Time Technologies, LLC. Failure to do so, regardless of intent, will nullify any guarantee either written or implied. There are absolutely no refunds of any kind on hardware items, support fees, set up and training fees, shipping fees, or taxes. Guarantee applies exclusively to standard shipping software and is in no way applicable to either custom feature additions or modifications of any kind. Such modifications, if applicable, are subject to be charged at our standard Developers rate of $110 U.S. per hour, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and ultimately apply against any refund given on said system purchase. There will be an automatic deactivation and return fee of 20% of all software costs associated with purchase of the system. In the event that the system purchase price is greater than $10,000.00 U.S. any refund issued will be paid in 3 equal monthly installments beginning on the first day of the following month that the return is deemed valid. About Time Technologies must be given and receive in hand, proper written notice via Certified Mail on or before the expiration of said guarantee.
