Brian O’Toole, their manager said “Having the electronic time records in the office at my fingertips has been very beneficial to us. Most of our employees are working on multiple jobs each week, so having the ability to pull up time records either by the employee or the job whenever needed has been extremely beneficial!” They have felt that the About Time System has saved them significant amounts of money in several ways. The first of which has been the great savings of time in the collection, reviewing, and processing of the hand-written time records. Mr. O’Toole stated ”With our old system, an employee may finish working at 4:48 PM and just write down 5:00 PM instead. That is only 12 minutes, but if 50 employees are doing that a couple of times a week for a year it adds up. In less than a year, I would guess that our savings are up around $15,000 by just looking at some quick numbers.” They have also noticed that the software on both the clock level for the field employees and in the office has been very easy to learn. |
