CertaPro Painters of Indianapolis, Indiana felt that there had to be a better way to manage their 60 employees than just tracking everything manually using hand written time sheets and reports.  They were also very interested in finding something that would work for their many mobile employees that would not have any access to a punch clock and do not even come to the office at all during most of the days during the work week.  They knew that there was a problem with their current method and that something had to be done.

Mr. O’Toole stated ”With our old system, an employee may finish working at 4:48 PM and just write down 5:00 PM instead.  That is only 12 minutes, but if 50 employees are doing that a couple of times a week for a year it adds up. In less than a year, I would guess that our savings are up around $15,000 by just looking at some quick numbers.” 

They have also noticed that the software on both the clock level for the field employees and in the office has been very easy to learn.
