As your business grows you begin to look at ways to cut costs and you continue to focus on automation and efficiency. By the time I had multiple crews working all over the place I was scrambling for a better way to track my mobile work force. The choices for an upgradeable system were slim; I was turned off by companies that with special hardware. I wanted a system that could grow with me, taking advantage of the newest technology as it becomes available. GPS, fingerprint recognition, biometrics and cutting edge technology were "must have" solutions. I was looking for a mobile system that weighed heavier on software (which is upgradeable) than on a piece of hardware that would be outdated in a few months. I kept searching and continued to come up with new spreadsheets and paperwork for my supervisors and continued to waste time holding meetings to manage it. There had to be a better way.

I wanted a more efficient way to collect, process, and store the employees’ time and attendance records. Being software driven would allow us to be fluid and stay on the cutting edge of technology while constantly improving the features of the system. It was important to design it so that it would not become outdated.

He assembled an incredible team of Co-Founders consisting of business professionals in construction and software engineering to begin carefully planning the design and development of About Time.
